Designed for precise dispensing up to 3.0 liter/minute without the need for stored programs or printed records, the 505Dz/RL is triggered from the front panel or a footswitch or handswitch. Menus allow fast setting of the required dose volume, the number of doses and the interval between each one. An adjustable soft-start "ramp" can be programmed to prevent splashing.

The high-speed, high-torque, robotics motor provides instant stop, and the "suck-back" facility eliminates drips at the end of each dose. Menus in English and French are built in. The 505Dz/RL can be switched between 100-120V 50/60Hz and 200-240V 50/60Hz.

If stored programs, RS232 or printed records are required, then choose the Watson-Marlow 505Di/RL.

For 30 to 60psi (2 to 4 bar) operation, a 501RLG or 501RL2G pumphead fitted with Sta-Pure® or Chem.Sure® tubing must be used. The 501RLG pumphead accepts 1.6mm wall tubing, and the 501RL2G pumphead accepts 2.4mm wall thickness tubing for viscous product handling.
